Ordering
Our sales are limited to corporate customers only. To order the items, please apply for a transaction first. Account information, including a login account, will be issued after the transaction agreement is executed.
To access the purchase form, you will need to enter your login account. Please fill in the purchase form with your customer information, delivery address, and desired products, and submit the form.
Once your order is complete, you will first receive an "Order Receipt" by e-mail (automatic delivery). Please note that this receipt does not confirm your order and is not binding on your order at that time. Please check the confirmation email in the main mailbox and spam folder and notify us when not received. We will not be responsible if the customer does not notify us when the order has not been successfully confirmed.
After confirming the details of your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the payment details including shipping cost and delivery notes. Upon confirming the receipt of the payment, the final agreement between you and TSVN will be bound. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification via e-mail. We will only accept returns or exchanges if you can provide us with a video of the package being opened. Please check your package when it arrives and take a video of the package being opened.
Our business days are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Orders cannot proceed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed outside of these periods will be processed on the next working day.
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.
Payment and Delivery
All prices are stated in VND and do not include local VAT. The type of delivery is selected by TSVN at the end of the order process. Valid prices will be stated in the order confirmation e-mail prior to your payment. If the customer does not receive the parcel from the pickup location, or if the customer is not present at the agreed upon delivery time and location, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery.
Payment
Payment for products should be made by bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery
Delivery will take place by our choice of shipment depending on the order items. This information will be provided on the delivery note e-mail you will receive when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. In the event of a production delay or other hindrance which may affect the confirmed dispatch date, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding delivery delays or other delivery issues.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within one week of receipt of the product. After this period, we will no longer be responsible for processing any compensation request. We will exchange the product or refund the payment in case of out of stock. Please check your products upon arrival and take a video of the opening of your package. We will accept returns or exchanges only if you can provide us with a video of the opening of the package.
In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact us within one week of receipt. If there is any defect or damage, etc., After this period, we will not be responsible for processing compensation claims after this period.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchange due to circumstances unrelated to product defects or errors on our part, such as customer order errors.
Please return the product to its original condition, leaving the product packaging intact.
Applicable law and venue
Products purchased at https://axcis-japan.vn/ are subject to Vietnamese law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the People's Court.
