ORDERING INSTRUCTION

1. Submit “Order account registration form”
2. After the registration information has been confirmed, your login account information will be sent via e-mail.
3. Sign in and access Purchase Orders. Fill out the form completely and submit to place an order.
4. Once your order is successfully processed, we will send you an order confirmation email. Include details, order value, shipping fee, bank account, etc.
5. An order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please proceed to payment by bank transfer within the notice period.
6. After completing the order confirmation steps, we will proceed to send the goods to you within 5 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
7. A delivery notification email will be sent to you once the parcel has been dispatched.
8. Please check the products inside when the parcel arrives, and the customer must attach a video of opening the package. If there is any defect or damage, etc., please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. After this period, we will not be responsible for processing orders
